Becoming a parent is a huge life change, it throws up all sorts of questions and makes you think about what kind of parent you can be. It can be both emotionally and physically draining, especially in the early years. Whether you are looking for fun things to do with your kids on the weekend, want to connect with other fathers who understand the daily ups and downs, or need some dedicated one-to-one support, Dads Rock is here for you.

We were founded in 2012 by two Dads who wanted to be more involved with their children but could not find any established support networks. Our vision is for every child to grow up with the very best version of their family so we support and inspire Dads to have the strongest relationships they can with their children - we believe that “children thrive when dads thrive”.

Everything we do is designed by dads, for dads. Our services are professional, completely free from judgement, and open to all male carers—including dads, stepdads, grandfathers, and foster carers.
