One to one support

At Dads Rock, our one-to-one support is here to make sure no dad has to figure it out alone. We offer a friendly, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly, build your confidence, and get practical help with everything from baby care to managing the daily pressures of life. Whether we’re meeting for a coffee or helping you navigate local services, our focus is on your wellbeing and your family.

“Ryan listens to me and understands what I’m trying to say and then helps me to figure out what I need to do. He never tells me what to do or judges me for the decisions I make, I’ve not had that before”

About our Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership

Dads Rock is working with both the North and East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnerships with funding from the Scottish Government Whole Family Wellbeing Fund to provide much needed support to Dads in Ayrshire.

In a first of its kind partnership our Dads Rock workers are embedded in the Children and Family Health Teams helping Dads to be the best that they can be and support them to give their children the best possible start in life. This means working with Health Visiting, Midwifery and Social Work to provide bespoke 1-1 support for dads and their families at home and in the communities of the North and East Ayrshire.
