Our Raising Children With Confidence course is designed to provide parents and carers with the most up-to-date research and evidence about how the development of emotional wellbeing for children and parents.

The course is online and consists of 6 weekly sessions (attendance at each of the sessions is expected) each with a different topic.

During Week 6 we will be discussing ‘Looking After Ourselves: The importance of parental wellbeing’
