Join us at our East Ayrshire Dads Group 👨👧👦💛 This relaxed and welcoming group is for dads and children aged 0–5 and takes place every Monday at 6pm in a sensory room environment, creating a fun and supportive space for dads and little ones to spend time together, play and connect with other local families. It’s a great opportunity to meet other dads, chat and enjoy some quality time with your child in a friendly and judgement-free setting❤️
First Aid Workshop for Dads and Mums - Edinburgh
Come along to a First Aid workshop specifically for Dads and Mums (please don’t bring babies or children). Facilitated by the good people of 'First Stop Safety Training'.
The workshop will take place at The Gorgie Mem, Edinburgh. Book your space: Here
The two hour session will cover the fundamentals of First Aid, with a particular focus on First Aid for children and Babies. We will cover choking, CPR , burns and more.
Our previous First Aid sessions have proved popular, so please sign up as soon as possible.

Dads Trip! Dean park Bushcraft
We’ve partnered with the Park Rangers of Dean Castle Country Park to arrange a fantastic afternoon of fun. Join us at Dean Castle to explore the woods, build dens, scavenge the natural surroundings and have a campfire with stories and marshmallows. We'll also explore the castle and see if we can spot any wildlife, the absolute essentials for a fund Saturday afternoon. This is a free, family-friendly event designed for dads and their families to connect, explore, and make unforgettable memories together.
The activities are designed for toddlers and above but if you have a baby carrier new-born's and above are welcome. This is an all weather event. We won't be letting the rain stop us so keep an eye out closer to the time to know whether to bring a raincoat or sun-cream. Though, this is Scotland, bring both anyway.

Taking place at Kilbirnie Golf Club in North Ayrshire, it’s set to be a brilliant day of golf while raising funds to support dads and families across Scotland.

Over the summer, our families have been working with musician Todd Henkin during playgroup sessions to write and learn an original song together. Now it's time to showcase all their hard work as they perform live at one of the world's most famous arts festivals.

Parent Strike
Parent Strike action in Edinburgh and Glasgow - time and location tbc
Last June, we made history together with the world's first DadStrike. And this year, we're going even bigger.
We've teamed up with the incredible The Dad Shift and Anna Whitehouse aka Mother Pukka , to launch the first ever Parent Strike.
On Thursday 27th August, parents across the country will book a couple of hours off work and join family-friendly demonstrations in 12 cities (and counting) with two demands: flexible working by default, and at least six weeks' paternity leave at 90% pay, including for the self-employed.

Three Towns Dads Group
We sometimes go on trips too.
Pop in and join us for a chilled out time with your wee one. Grab a cuppa and hang out with other dads doing the same.
Ryan from Dads Rock will be around to help you explore babies and toddlers needs and how to grow your connection with them, or just chat.
We’ll be at Ardeer Neighbourhood Centre Creche in Stevenston every Wednesday from 6.30pm

Dads Antenatal Workshop - Edinburgh
Open to all Dads to be, our popular Antenatal workshops continue throughout the year.
You will get hands on experience of changing nappies and bathing babies.
They are informal groups of Dads to be, coming together to learn some practical skills and find out more about how to look after and care for your baby.
One former attendee said on his socials: “I went to a dads only antenatal (@dadsrockorg) class last night. some people will probably laugh at me for going, which is cool. But I’ll tell you what, I learnt a hell of a lot that I didn’t even think about. Highly recommend it to any dads to be out there”
