The Kiltwalk 2025!

Come along to a First Aid workshop specifically for Dads and Mums (please don’t bring babies or children). Facilitated by the good people of 'First Stop Safety Training'.

The workshop will take place at The Gorgie Mem, Edinburgh. Book your space: Here

The two hour session will cover the fundamentals of First Aid, with a particular focus on First Aid for children and Babies. We will cover choking, CPR , burns and more.

Our previous First Aid sessions have proved popular, so please sign up as soon as possible.

Changeworks are joining us at Gorgie Mem on Sunday 28th September (during playgroup), below is some information about what they do and topics they help with.

Changeworks is an Edinburgh based charity that offers households in-depth support with home heating, energy use, and all aspects of their energy bills. In light of the rises in everyone’s fuel costs, we are working to increase access to our service and would like to hold energy advice stalls in local community settings across Scotland. Our information stalls will be manned by energy advisors who will provide advice, answer questions and provide signposting, as well as distribute useful advice packs and energy saving goodies for people to take home.

Common topics we help people with are: 

• How to cut your energy bills 

• Additional services from your supplier 

• Understanding smart meters 

• Energy supplier customer service

• Switching energy suppliers

Our trained team will help Dads gain practical skills in how to plait and put up hair, including pony tails.

Come along to a First Aid workshop specifically for Dads and Mums (please don’t bring babies or children). Facilitated by the good people of 'First Stop Safety Training'.

The two hour session will cover the fundamentals of First Aid, with a particular focus on First Aid for children and Babies. We will cover choking, CPR , burns and more.
