First Aid Workshop for Dads and Mums - Glasgow
Come along to a First Aid workshop specifically for Dads and Mums (please don’t bring babies or children). Facilitated by the good people of 'First Stop Safety Training'.
The workshop will take place at Community Central Hall, 292-316 Maryhill Road G20 7YE. Book your space: Here
The two hour session will cover the fundamentals of First Aid, with a particular focus on First Aid for children and Babies. We will cover choking, CPR , burns and more.

We’re going for a comedy night out! All Welcome!
Show name: 5 Mugs No Tea

5 Mugs No Tea is a monthly comedy night. The concept is simple: On the first Wednesday of every month Andrew Burnett (real name) and Shubba (not real name) take turns hosting and invite a selection of standup comedians to share the stage. Over the years we have had award winners, old hands, and newcomers as guest Mugs. It’s a great night in a warm and welcoming room!

Come along to a First Aid workshop specifically for Dads and Mums (please don’t bring babies or children). Facilitated by the good people of 'First Stop Safety Training'.

The two hour session will cover the fundamentals of First Aid, with a particular focus on First Aid for children and Babies. We will cover choking, CPR , burns and more.
Our previous First Aid sessions have proved popular, so please sign up as soon as possible.

Looking after a sick child can be stressful. This 2-hour workshop, led by medical students from the University of Edinburgh, will help parents and carers feel more confident in understanding, managing, and preventing common childhood illnesses.
What you’ll learn:
Recognising symptoms of common childhood illnesses
When to seek medical advice and when home care is appropriate
Managing mild illness safely at home
Preventative strategies, including vaccination and hygiene
