Open to all Dads to be, our popular Antenatal workshops continue throughout the year.

You will get hands on experience of changing nappies and bathing babies.

They are informal groups of Dads to be, coming together to learn some practical skills and find out more about how to look after and care for your baby.

One former attendee said on his socials: “I went to a dads only antenatal (@dadsrockorg) class last night. some people will probably laugh at me for going, which is cool. But I’ll tell you what, I learnt a hell of a lot that I didn’t even think about. Highly recommend it to any dads to be out there”
