Changes to how we work

See below on how we're adapting to work online, we would love your support and thoughts on what would work best for you. We have a wee survey, with just a few questions, we'd love your input: Its quick honest!

We're updating our website, so you'll start to see this there.

Using Zoom video conferencing we will deliver the following by webinars.

  1. Antenatal for Dads to be in Scotland - Twice a month.

  2. Antenatal for Mums to be in Scotland - Once a month. As the NHS have suspended their antenatal workshops, we will offer this service. 2nd Tuesday of each month 7-9pm.

  8. Raising Children with Confidence (RCWC) - Over the coming weeks we will seek to finish off the current course, plans are still being developed. We will deliver more.

Young Dads - We will continue to support our existing Young Dads, using telephone and video conferencing where appropriate. We propose to use social media channels to let local authorities across Scotland know we could remotely support Young Dads anywhere in Scotland.

DRA - We want to help keep the learning alive for all our students, we believe our DRA community is even more important now. We are also looking at altering the monthly fees.
Starting from Mon 23rd March, our tutors will upload a video of specific homework and learning each week to our shared google drive, they will contact families to let them know once it’s there. Tutors will be uploading additional videos as well, for example Shuna will upload some warm up videos for the vocal students. We will encourage students to practice, practice, and practice some more then upload their own video to the specific instrument folder on our shared drive.
Where possible, tutors will be in touch regarding 1:1 lessons, using video conferencing platforms such as skype or Zoom.

School Work - This is paused at the moment.

Playgroups - Team Dads Rock will produce and share videos to support families, such as story time, activities for children, recipe ideas etc.
