What to expect
When you find out you’re going to be a parent the spotlight is on expectant mums, but dads role during the antenatal period is just as important, even if it's not always recognised. Our antenatal workshop helps Dads get ready for the arrival of the baby.
This informal and relaxed 2 hour workshops runs on a weekday evening and provides a range of activities including;
what to expect when your partner goes into labour and how to support them
how to change and bath your baby
what to expect in the first days of being a Dad
safe sleeping & sleep patterns
advice on feeding
buggies and car seats
important information about perinatal mental health
a judgement free space for dads to chat and ask questions
